Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about timelines, pricing, our process, Care plans, and what happens after launch. Still unsure? Reach out — we typically reply within one business day.

Most builds ship in 7 to 15 days, depending on scope and complexity. Larger projects may include a mid-point demo call so you can review progress early. Timelines begin after discovery, scope alignment, and your $150 USD kickoff deposit.

We follow four steps: Discovery & Scope, Design, The Build, and Launch & Onboarding. It starts with a discovery call; a kickoff deposit then secures your slot in our pipeline. See the full breakdown in our process section.

Investment starts at $600 USD. Every brand is different, so we provide custom proposals based on your goals and technical scope — from Essential landing pages to Business platforms and Premium headless commerce. Contact us for a tailored estimate.

Every build includes up to 2 scheduled rounds of post-deployment revisions after launch, plus a client onboarding walkthrough. Additional design or structural changes beyond that scope are billed at $35/hour.

Yes. Standard Care ($99/mo) covers hosting, monitoring, performance, and security. Pro CMS Care ($109/mo) adds managed Sanity.io Studio and content backups. Plans are month-to-month for sites we build or eligible existing platforms. Learn more on our Care page.

Once your build is complete and live, your site is yours — we manage hosting and deployment on our GitHub + Vercel stack as part of Care. Pro CMS Care includes your managed Sanity.io content environment. For legal ownership and migration details, see our Terms of Service.

Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge for a full refund that cycle; after that, service continues through the paid period with no prorated refunds. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Often, yes — if your stack is compatible (e.g. Next.js). We run a brief compatibility review of hosting, deployment, and scope before onboarding. Care covers maintenance, not new features or redesigns. Request a Care assessment to get started.
